My name is Daron Alleman and I’m a graduate of Idaho State University. Go Bengals! I’m a long time resident of Twin Falls having moved her in 2000. That year I taught 6th grade at Sawtooth Elementary School. I then worked for Dell Inc. for 10 years, and then went to Filer High School and taught in their computer lab for 4 years. The past 4 years prior to coming to Bickel I was working at Everise Inc. I have a wife and son, and I’m very excited to be a Bickel Bobcat. Go Bobcats!
My name is Lori Baker and I have taught at Bickel for 21 years. I have one son and one daughter, they are both grown up and raising their own families. I have 4 adorable grandchildren and my favorite thing in the whole world is being a grandma. I love to read, set puzzles, play video games and watch my BSU Broncos win football games. My ultimate dream and bucket list would be to travel around the United States and visit every Major League baseball stadium.
My name is Michelle Brewer this is my third year at Bickel Elementary. I have served for 10 years as an Associate principal at Morningside and Lincoln Elementary. I have two step children, Jenifer 27 and Bryedon 21, and two biological children, TJ 15 and Hunter 14. They are the center of my attention. I spend time with them as much as possible. Tj and Hunter are active in soccer, football, basketball and track. I graduated from University of Phoenix with my Masters in Administration in 2011 and College of Idaho with my Elementary education degree in 1998.
My name is Sarah Cameron, and I teach Title 1 reading interventions here at Bickel. This is my first year here and Bickel, and I couldn’t be more excited to join this lovely, lively community! I graduated with a degree in Community Studies and Education, and have enjoyed a career full of social work, English teaching, community gardening and art therapy before embarking on this journey in Elementary Education. I’m very passionate about helping our kids find their voices and explore the world of words through reading.
In the evenings, I also teach adult English learners at CSI, and love helping those students find their voices in a brand new language.
In my free time, you will find me reading (of course!), camping, bicycling, rock climbing, learning new languages, painting, gardening, and (trying) to learn to salsa dance. Go Bobcats!
Hi there! My name is Ann-Marie Dobbs and I am a first grade teacher at Bickel Elementary. I can’t believe this is my 33rd year of teaching and my 18th year as a Bickel Bobcat. Mrs. Ridley was my 2nd grade teacher and I absolutely loved being a student in her classroom. I knew from the very first day in her class that I wanted to be a teacher just like her. I love the funny stories that are shared by the kids, the art projects, and the magic of watching a child learn to read. When I am not in the classroom I enjoy all kinds of adventures like white water rafting, skiing, and going to new places with my friends.
Thanks for stopping by my profile! My name is Jill Fisher and I am a fourth grade teacher at Bickel. I am originally from the Preston, Idaho area, but I have lived in other parts of the country (Iowa and Massachusetts) for 23 years. My family and I moved back to Idaho this summer. When I have the time, I love to make modern quilts and enjoy things like dyeing fabric and thrifting vintage linens and clothing to upcycle into quilts. I really love the arts and hope to find unique ways to incorporate art instruction into our class work.
This is my eighth year teaching. I taught for seven years in a rural school in Iowa before I stayed home with my own four children. I have a degree in history from Utah State University and a master’s degree in education from the University of Iowa. I am happy to be a Bickel Bobcat!
Hello: I’m Mrs. Jordan and I am excited to be a 5th grade teacher at Bickel Elementary School this year! My goal is to share my love of academics with my students in a classroom full of safety, acceptance, wonder, and high expectations. This is my ninth year of teaching, I’ve taught in both California and Hawaii. I have a great love of teaching and watching the magic of a child learning. I enjoy baking, reading, writing, doing genealogy work and spending time with my family.
I have been in the counseling field for the past fourteen years, however this is my 7th year as a school counselor. I received my bachelor’s degree from The University of Montana and my master’s degree from Boise State University. I grew up in Twin Falls and enjoy all the amazing outdoor activities we have here. I can’t wait to see what this year has to offer and am thrilled to be a Bobcat.
I am a proud 4th generation Idahoan teacher. This is my 5th year teaching 2nd grade and I love my job. I am the mother of two awesome teenagers Porter who is 17 and Molly who is 15. In my spare time, I love camping, kayaking, swimming, biking, hiking, reading, watching movies, and doing anything with my family outside. I feel lucky to be able to be born and raised in this beautiful state and blessed to teach at this incredible school.
My name is Jennifer McNeil. I teach kindergarten here at Bickel Elementary School. My favorite part of teaching at Bickel is that we have a fantastic staff and a great bunch of students. I couldn’t ask for a better place to teach. I really enjoy teaching reading because once you learn to read so many doors are opened. I finished my Master’s Degree at Grand Canyon University. I have 3 fantastic adopted children. We also have 2 poodles, 2 pugs, 2 bunnies and 7 cats. Spare time…well…I don’t have much spare time. My kids and I are very involved with 4-H, sports and dance so that takes up a lot of our time. When I can, I love to scrap book and cross stitch.
My name is Kate Milligan and I have worked at Bickel Elementary for 14 years. I’ve held numerous positions that include Playground/Office Aid, an ELL Para for three years, a Special Education Para for two years and currently as Student Mentor. I graduated from CSI with both Liberal Arts and Criminal Justice degrees. We have two children and many animals in our family including 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 birds, 2 tortoises, 1 turtle, 1 salamander and 1 crested gecko. We enjoy family Christmas vacations to Yellowstone National Park.
I currently teach K-5 Special Education. All 24 years of my teaching career have been at Bickel Elementary. My husband, Steve, is better known as Mr. Rahe, a special education teacher at Morningside Elementary. Our son, Seth, is a freshman in college and our daughter, Stephanie, is a junior in high school.
I love Bickel. The very high ceilings, the grooves in the steps, the actual blackboards, and the little nooks and crannies are all great, but the most wonderful thing about Bickel is the sense of family. With a smaller staff and smaller enrollment than most of the other schools, it truly is like a family. My plan is to teach at Bickel until I can retire.
I was born in Colorado and raised in Idaho. I have 2 kids, a boy and a girl. I have been a para educator for 21 years now. I love working with kids and reading in my spare time.
My name is Abby Snow and I’m the PE Teacher at Bickel! My teaching career began in 2017 and I have loved every second of it! Prior to becoming a teacher I was an event planner, health and wellness coordinator, secretary and kinesiologist but being a PE Teacher has been my absolute favorite! When I’m not teaching, I love to spend time with my husband, my daughter and our dogs outside. We love to hike, paddleboard, be in the mountains and go on adventures.

Personally, I have been married to my sweetheart for 25 years, and we have three daughters, ages 13, 16, and 18. My family means everything to me! I am excited to be a part of the team at Bickel!
I started my teaching career at the Mars Primary Center in Pennsylvania. It was exciting because I got to teach at the district that I had graduated from. I taught there for 8 years before I found my way to Wallace, Idaho and later White Sulphur Springs, MT. This is my 18th year of teaching elementary students. Teaching has brought me much happiness and many exciting adventures.
My name is Lucy Wills, I am the counselor at Bickel Elementary. I joined the Bickel Family in 2019. Being at Bickel has been a very pleasant experience.
